I have struggled with weight my whole life. I was in a car accident at 16 years old that injured my neck, back, and left knee. I also have PCOS that have made me struggle with weight loss. This time around I was 193, over a year since I had my baby, and was unable to get my weight down. To say my stress level was high is an understatement. I am a mother of 3 and was going through separation and divorce. I decided to choose me in October of 2019. I searched for different options, but due to my weight I knew I could not exercise with neck, back, and left knee injuries. I first had to get the weight off. I found my coach on Facebook, she had PCOS like me. I researched the program and loved the medical considerations this program had. I started my health journey in October of 2019. I told my coach I only wanted to try one month. In a month I came down to 177. I of course continued the program. I am very open about my health journey and had friends and wanted to help other reach their goals. So there was the birth of a new desire to become a health coach.
